Waiting with a Friend

Happy weekend.....

I saw the new challenge at CASology was using a FLAG on the card and remembered something I had colored a few weeks ago.
I made this little cutie a while back when I was on a coloring kick. I hope I am not the only one out there in craftyland that colors a bunch of images, then takes forever to put them on a card! :)

I think this little girl must have dressed herself, as her socks do not coordinate with her outfit.
She was colored with Copic markers and a second whirygig was stamped, colored and fussy cut for a little dimension.

Pretty pattern papers at the top and a few Pico dots leaving lots of white space for this Clean And Simple card.

Challenges Entered:
CASology - Flag
Mo's Challenge Blog - Thanks  (ok...so there is no greeting on the card. That only means it could possibly be a Thank you)

Let's go Shopping:
Mo Manning:  Waiting for the Parade digi image
Copic markers
Authentique:  Sauve 12 x 12 pad
Spellbinders: A2 Curved Borders One
Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko:  irRESISTible Pico embellisher Wedding Dress
Ranger: Stardust Stickles

Each Friday I will give a shout out to all new Followers (click on "Join This Site" Button on the right side) and if you have a blog, I will make a link to you also.
Thanks for stamping by, and an extra special {mwah} for leaving a comment and/or following my blog...

This is oh so cute. First I love Mo Manning images they are wonderful. Second yes I color images and put them in a box. Many mornings I start my day my coloring and then I put them aside until needed. Lastly there are times when a card looks better without sentiment on the front it can be distracting. I too love to color. Love the sketch of your card. Happy Turkey Day!
