Monster Mail

Howdydo.....

Playing along today at Operation Write Home in two of their challenges.

Our mission is to make an Any Hero card for either a soldier away from home or even a First Responder in our home town.
My First Responder gets cards all the time (sometimes he even consults on my card making).
Love him!!!

Loving this little monster in the mail....too cute!
You just can't make a Hero card without Red, White & Blue, so I went with a patriotic mailbox.
Lots of layers, but very little bulk, as I used NO foam adhesive, so it is perfect for mailing.

Challenges Entered:
Operation Write Home - ODBD January

Let's go Shopping:
Simon Says Stamp:  Monster Hugs stamp set, Bundle of Shapes die set, Stitched Rectangles, Falling Stars die
Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko:  Versamark ink, White embossing powder, irRESISTible Pico Shimmer, All Purpose ink - Platinum
Copic markers
Ellen Hutson:  Merry & Bright die set (for the Ampersand)

Thanks so much for stamping by...

Great, great job!! That monster is fun and cute!! And I love how clever you were to keep it as a mailable card & that mailbox - how fun is that??? What a super clever idea!!! I am so impressed with the things you make cards for!!

Hi, Penny.

This is too cute! Love your coloring and that pierced inset window.

Great job on making a card that meets both OWH challenges. Thanks so much for your support of our troops. :)
