Encourage a Sistah Blog Hop

Hello....

Welcome to the Encourage a Sistah Blog Hop.

You should have arrived here from the wonderful blog of Nora Noll
To start at he beginning or if you encounter a broken link, click HERE.

Each month on the 17th, the great folks at Cas-ual Fridays put on this hop with designers from all over the world.
We want to remind you to have your yearly Mammogram and do self exams.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

October of 2013 is when I found a lump during a self exam.
I just knew it was nothing...I had my Mammogram only three months prior.

WRONG!!!

Self exams are soooooo important.
Don't just rely on that one Mammogram a year!!!

One in eight women will get this dreaded disease.

I am a Survivor...because I caught it early.

Ok...I have told you my story and given you a little crafty inspiration.
What is your next move?
Jump in the shower and check the sistahs!!!!

Make sure to comment on each blog.
No hop is complete unless you have a prize and Cas-ual Fridays is giving away a complete set of their new release....Now that's a prize worth commenting for.

Want to join us next month and share your crafty goodness?
Just join our Facebook group to get the latest info
and use ANY Cas-ual Friday stamp or die.

Your next stop on the hop is:

This is just beautiful with that pink wood grained background. Unique and dramatic! So glad you had a happy outcome and thanks for spreading the word. I had my own scare 5 years ago but was lucky when a lumpectomy revealed a benign growth after an irregular mammogram. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous card.

Hello Penny!! Your card is stunning!! I don't own a wood grain stamp but now I've got to get one!! The pink is gorgeous!!! I just love it! 🎀
I'm a 9 year breast cancer survivor...one day I found a mass that wasn't there the day before. What I had was extremely aggressive and it's call her2. (I actually had 2 types of breast cancer) My diagnosis was stage 4 and it had already metastasized to my lymph nodes. Then after 2 years of chemo and radiation and a bilateral mastectomy I'm cancer free!! My doctors tell me im a miracle and I thank God everyday!! 💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀💗🎀💗
