Hello

Hello friends, back again for another couple of challenges. Scrapy Land has a color challenge and Basic Grey has a sketch, so I combined them.
I love using Vellum on a card and how you can see through the punched panel.

Hope you are making your day a crafty one

Happy Easter

Hello card making friends......
Playing along today at Operation Write Home in their sketch challenge.

This was the card from ...well you know where!
I smudged the Liquid Pearls, so I had to remove that mess and add buttons over it. Then I smudged the sentiment so bad I had to make a tag to cover that mess. Just know that most any mistake can be covered when you embellish.

Hope you are having a wonderful crafty day and

Wonderful Mother

Hey scrappy friends....Playing along with the Ombre Challenge at Operation Write Home.

Used Inktense pencils on watercolor paper to achieve the Ombre effect. Stamped and heat embossed the leaves and sentiment. Popped the banner up with foam adhesive and added Liquid Pearls. Base card was inked with Danube Blue.

Hope you are having a wonderful crafty day

You Light up my Life

Hello scrapping friends……playing along today at Operation Write Home in their “make your own wood grain paper” challenge.

Going for a more white washed look, I used Memento London Fog ink (however, I only use the small ink pads, so the effect is not great). But as you can see on the right side of the card I did achieve what looks like two boards. I still like the background so I went with what I got.
Stamps are Taylored Expressions and the set comes with a couple of different sentiments as well as the dies for the jar and lid. I love it!!!
All colored with Copic Markers, then added Key Lime Liquid Pearls to the lightning bugs. (I miss the bugs as I live in Florida and they don’t come this far south). Ruffle is fussy cut from Basic Grey True Love pad.

Hope you are having a crafty day
