A Suave Note

Hello friends....

Had to take a little time off as that last chemo (woohoo) really kicked my patootie. Feeling better now and I am back to what I love...making cards.
Today I am playing along at Reverse Confetti with their sketch challenge:

Using papers from the Authentique Suave collection and the RC Class Act stamp and die set.
This card is also entered into the OWH ODBD Challenge for embossing
&
The Case Study challenge using this card as inspiration:
I spy... Yellow, stripes, & tiny background stencil.

Though most of it is covered up...the strip of white is actually a Memory Box stencil with modeling paste, then heat embossed with Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko Iridescent clear powder. So....pretty!!!!

Thanks for Stamping by.....

Each Friday I will give a shout out to all new Followers (click on "Join This Site" Button on the right side) and if you have a blog, I will make a link to you also.

Hi Penny. I thought I was already following you, butI haven't been to your blog for a while. So sorry to hear that you have been having a tough time and going through chemo. Congrats on the last session! My brother went through this and I know how he felt when it ended. I hope that you get the all clear and feel better soon!
Your card is beautiful - I love the colours!

This card is so suave and would be perfect for either a male teacher or a female teacher!! The colors and tones complement each other very well! I just love it!!!
