I have been trying to get this set since it appeared in the SSS store in September....and it is out of stock again as I am writing this.

So without further ado, let me show you my new goodies....

White cardstock flicked with Peerless Watercolors.

Sylan Sprig die cut and watercolored.

Prayers die cut, coated with irRESISTible Pico Wedding Dress, then sprinkled with my all time favorite White glitter.

A strip of patterned paper that I inked with Lucky Clover.

Done!

Designer Labels at Joy Clair

Hello...

You are going to absolutely love this new Designer Labels stamp set from Joy Clair.

I have used it here in my Bible journaling, but if that is not your thing...don't worry, you will fall in love with this set to use on cards or scrapbook pages.

The wonderful dress image comes blank or you can add one of the four designs in the stamp set.

On the hanger, off the hanger...so many possibilities.

And those wonderful sales tags...just. too. cute!!!!!

On my Bible page, I stamped the images with StazOn Jet Black ink, then colored the tags with Faber-Castell Gelatos and a dry paintbrush. For the dress, I used a Stampers Big Brush Pen.

Love Swirl

Hello, hello...

Love is in the air (didn't we just do Christmas?)

Absolutely fell in love with this new stamp set from Penny Black!!!

I barely get this one inked and now I am seeing sneaks on their Facebook page of new goodies coming out.

YIKES!!!!

Masked the heart on watercolor paper, then added all the pretty pinks and reds. Stamped and heat embossed the swirly heart with white powder.

What you can't see is that I added Sheer Shimmer Spritz (painted on) to the white heart.

Oh, it glistens so!!!

The edge was torn and adhered to a piece of cardstock that was inked and stamped.

Hi there...

Valentine's Day is just around the corner...are you ready?

No?!?

Well let me tell you that the brand new release from Joy Clair has several new stamp sets that are sure to please.

You will find these new sets are so versatile, you will be able to use them all year long.

This card is really simple to make by starting off with a little stenciling and Whipped Spackle.

Stamp the leaves and splatter a little ink.

Sentiment was stamped and heat set on a die cut heart and added to the card with a tiny clothespin and some twine.

Orange you Glad

Hey.....

I am so far behind. I made the mistake of cleaning my studio , now I can't find anything and the mojo got swept out the door.

But I will soldier on....

A friend requested a card with oranges on it, so I decided I could at least make something to enter into the challenge at Reverse Confetti:

With an embossed background from a border folder, darling oranges finished with Sheer Shimmer Spritz and a brand new Oh- I- Love -This- Die  -  Sylvan Sprig by PoppyStamps, this card came together pretty quickly.

Song of Solomon at Joy Clair

Hey....

Another day, another new stamp set from Joy Clair Stamps.

This stamp set has images for Valentines, Wedding, love or you could also use it for Bible journaling.

So versatile!!!

Really wanting the sentiment from the Song of Solomon stamp set to be the focus of the card came easy when I watercolored a small panel  with my new Peerless watercolors (that I won...woohoo) then heat embossed the gorgeous Love saying.

Front panel was die cut with my Silhouette Cameo, stamped the cute stick people and splattered paint across the front.

Wrap with sheer ribbon and add a few sequins.

Love Quotes at Joy Clair

Hi...

More new goodies from Joy Clair Stamps!!!

I just couldn't resist making a shaker card with this sentiment from the Love Quotes stamp set. What is hard to tell is that the shaker filler is tiny puzzle pieces...too cute!!!

I found the Puzzle file at the Silhouette Online Store, printed to my Laser printer, then foiled that for my background.

Large heart was die cut from background and sentiment is stamped on acetate with StazOn Cotton White ink.

Coloring by Faith at Joy Clair

Hello there....

As a new Designer at Joy Clair, I was given the opportunity to be a part of their new stamp line Color by Faith.

Let me just tell you that I am having so much fun!!!

At first I was hesitant about coloring, doodling, scribbling & stamping in a Bible.

I mean YIKES...this is the good book we are talking about here.

But the creative side of me won and stamp away I did.

The Love Tree at Joy Clair

Hello, hello...

All these fun new stamps at Joy Clair and this one is perfect for Valentines cards and pages.

This stamp is versatile enough to carry you all year long with the sentiments, tree and other goodies included.

Each Designer at Joy Clair is given the stamp sets and told to go at it.

Unbelievable that another Designer made almost the exact same card with this Love Tree stamp.

Great minds and all that....

Tree was stamped and colored as were the cute baby birds...they were popped up with foam adhesive.

Background was die cut with clouds, then sponged for more clouds.

Journaling John 3:16 at Joy Clair

Hey....

A new day with a new hobby....Bible Journaling.

When I joined the Design Team at Joy Clair Stamps, Christy asked if I would be interested in being a part of their new Faith by Color stamp line.

I of course said "Sign me up".

To be honest, I was scared to journal in a Bible...

What if I messed up? I mean you can't just throw that in the trash or rip out a page.

But God doesn't expect me to be perfect...so I took the plunge!

I used a few of the stamps from the new John 3:16 stamp set...and as I am stamping the World onto the page, I am singing "He's got the whole world...", so I penciled in the words to the song and then colored them with Gelly Roll pens.

As if I don't have this song stuck in my head now, I move on to the Jesus Loves Me stamp....

Yep, it was a day for having a song in my heart....so of course I had to finish the verse on my bible page.  :)
