I just had to color a little something today with my brand spankin' new Spectrum Noir markers.

It is also handy that this card qualifies for the new challenge over at CAS-ual Friday's.

Stamped the flowers and sentiment from the Mon Ami stamp set.

Colored it up, added some line embossing and a pretty ribbon.

Happy Ending

Hello, hello.....

Got a couple of new things from Penny Black and had to try them out.

This is either a really late Valentine's card, or better yet, I will save it for the hubby for our anniversary.

I am also playing in a couple of challenges with this little pretty!

Flowers were inked with Spectrun Noir watercolor markers (first time using them and I LOVE them).

Edge was die cut with Pop on a Fold.

Red background was stamped with a script and heat set with Iridescent powder.

Bursting with Joy!

Hi there....

I am just bursting with JOY because I am able to play in the new Pin-Sights challenge at Ellen Hutson:

I spy with my little eye...a lot of green and metallic gold

Starting off with White cardstock, then embossing it with a Quilt folder.

Inked the Quilted panel with distress inks Cracked Pistachio, Lucky Clover and Mowed Lawn.

I do love how the blending tool left the white creases!!!

I used my PicScan to make exact die cuts of the Bold Blooms stamp set.

The flowers are inked with Delicata Golden Glitz, the leaves are inked with Lucky Clover, then pounced with Golden Glitz, then painted with Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen.

Sentiment from the Lovely stamp set is heat embossed on Vellum.

I used a Golden Glitz reinker as my "paint", and flicked across card front.
