Interactive Circle card with Crafter's Companion

Hello there....

Looks complicated...huh?

This Circle Centre Card comes as a die kit...all you need is cardstock and imagination.

Main card was die cut from Navy cardstock.
Side panels and circle were cut from Lime cardstock.
Embellished panels were cut from Navy, then embossed and Gilding Wax on top.

A bit of cord wrapped around the left opening, some Lime flowers I found on clearance at Michaels and a couple of corsage pins with beads.

Crafter's Companion has made it so Easy Peasy Mr. Sneezy to make this interactive card.

woo-hoo

One of a Kind with Simon Says Stamp

Hello.....

Have you seen all the goodies from Simon Says Stamp today?!?

They just released their One of a Kind collection and were sweet enough to send me an advance of the Floral Burst Collage die.

I love turning diecuts into stencils, so that is what I have done on my creation today.

Using a little modeling paste around the edge, then die cutting the flowers from white cardstock and coloring them with Spectrum Noir markers and an eBrush.

A few sequins, a bit of Ebony Black Crystal Drops and a sentiment from an older stamp set called Secret Garden.

Such a happy card!!!

All Kinds of Happy

Hello....

I finally found a moment to play in a challenge!

I have these gorgeous stamps from The Ton that are just not seeing enough love, so I figured I better color them up and make a card.

The challenge this month at The Ton is this inspiration photo:

Such a gorgeous color combo!!!

Flowers were stamped and watercolored, then fussy cut.
Too many tiny leaves to fussy cut, so they were snipped along the way.
Before adding my flowers with foam adhesive, I stamped a few of the tiny elements back onto the card front.

I am totally in love with this sentiment.
So versatile to use for most any occasion.

The Ton:  Wishful Wildflowers
Spectrum Noir:  Aqua Markers
Ranger:  Glossy Accents
Martha Stewart:  Ultrafine Glitter
Imagine:  VersaFine Majestic Blue ink, VersaMark ink, White embossing powder
Pretty Pink Posh:  Sparkling Clear sequins

Calling All Sistahs June Challenge

It is the 18th of the month and that means a new challenge at

This months inspiration photo is just too fun:

I spy with my little eye....Red, Blue, Pink, Purple, woodgrain & metallic on the paintbrush handles.

Using the Pretty Posies stamp and matching dies, I created a few flowers to run across my card.
Flowers were colored with Spectrum Noir markers and little glass beads for the centers.

The leaves were stamped, colored, die cut then snipped into strips for added interest.

The top of the card is Bronze Metallic cardstock that has been embossed with a scoring board, then a thumb tack was used to poke holes.
I like how it mimics the paintbrush handles. :)

The sentiment is stamped unto an adorable tag from the Tag Buddies die set.
Some flicked paint on the background and Lime string for the bow.

I hope you will join us this month at

You know you always need to make Encouragement cards for someone, you might as well have a few in your stash and play along.
Did I mention prizes?!?

💗💙💚💛💜💗💙💚💛💜💗💙💚💛💜

Early detection is key to surviving Breast Cancer!!!

Go on...check them now....
....I will wait!

Each month on the 17th, the designers get together on the Calling All Sistahs blog to bring you new ideas for using your stamps and dies.
Then, the next day (tomorrow), there will be an inspiration photo for you to play along in our challenge.
The great folks at CAS-ual Friday's award a $25 gift certificate to the randomly drawn winner...and, if that person used CAS-ual Friday's products on their creation, the prize amount is DOUBLED!!!

Holy Kamoly!!!

Do you have a good old scoring board?
I would be lost without mine...I LOVE it!

As you can see I did some straight line scoring, as well as diagonal.
Added a stamped/die cut Hope Ribbon, a sentiment and some sparkly stuff.

Gilded in Silver with Crafter's Companion

Hidey ho...

How about a 10 minute card?!?

Using Crafter's Companion cardstocks and a bit of Gilding Wax, makes it so easy.

Trim White cardstock 4 x 5.25 inches, emboss with 3D English Rose folder, then start adding Silver Gilding Wax until you are happy with the look.

Wrap this panel with sheer white ribbon and adhere to a Black card base.

Emboss the same 3D folder using Silver Matte Luxury cardstock and trim the center section out as shown.
Use a Foil transfer for the sentiment and adhere to card front with foam adhesive.

Add a bow and some faux wedding rings for added interest.
