#Be The End

Hello, hello...

New goodies in da house.

As soon as I saw the new stamps/dies from Ellen Hutson that benefited Breast Cancer, you know I had to have them.
I am a three year SURVIVOR and I make/send cards to others that are walking this path!

Not only is the stamp/die collection beyond sweet, appropriate, encouraging...
Ellen Hutson also gives 50% of these sales to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Whoot  Whoot  Whoot

Isn't it handy that these stamps arrived just in time to play in the Mix-It Up Challenge:
Ellen & Reverse Confetti

The frames were die cut using All Framed Up by Reverse Confetti.
Flowers were stamped with Memento inks, as were the leaves.

A bit of shiny ribbon and some glass beads give the card a little interest.

I hope you will visit Ellen Hutson and purchase one of these adorable stamp sets, or at least make a contribution to end Breast Cancer.

be MERRY

Hello.....

Playing in  the challenge at Reverse Confetti today with this sketch:

My papers are digi and I guess my printer ink needs to be changed because this was not the color combo I was wanting. However, I went with it.

Love, love, love these new wonderful Vintage Ornaments die cuts.

This color combo is really growing on me.
What a happy mistake!

Unique Panda Bears

Hi....

A few weeks ago I saw a post by Alice Wertz and she had colored up this most adorable stamp.
Being the great enabler she is....
I had to have the stamp.

This is my first Stamping Bella stamp.
(where have I been?)

Come to find out, they have a challenge on their blog, so of course I have to play.

Unless I am confused (and that doesn't take much), this weeks challenge is Anything Goes.
Taking that literally, I turned these bears into Pandas.
I have never seen a Panda bear eating honey, but maybe they balance their diets of Bamboo with something sweet.

My team of bears are working hard, so I really like this sentiment to go along with the scene.

I love to send encouragement cards to Breast Cancer friends, but get so tired of Pink all the time.
I think this adorable image will get used over and over again, for just that reason.

Stamping Bella:  Honeybear stamp
Impression Obsession:  Wooden Plank stamp
Simon Says Stamp:  Inside & Out Sayings stamp
Reverse Confetti:  Edge Essentials die
Faber-Castell:  Polychromos pencils
Imagine Crafts:  VersaFine Majestic Blue ink, Memento Summer Sky, Bahama Blue & Danube Blue inks
Tonic Studios:  Navy Blue & Glossy White Crystal Drops

Glory to God with The Project Bin

Hello....

I do believe I have found my all time favorite color combo for Holiday card making.

Dark Gray and White...with just a splash of color.
Today's favorite color is Metallic Teal.

Have you seen the latest release from The Project Bin?
Luke 2 stamp set is a HUGE hit!
Great for card making, scrapbooking, Bible journaling!!!

Look at all those wonderful verses!!!

My whole card today involved die cutting.

Gray background is All Framed Up (that was actually embossed, not cut).
A stitched oval with the wonderful verse stamped and heat embossed.
The White foliage is from PoppyStamps.
and last but not least....

The beautiful Teal Poinsettia.
(oh, if they only came in Teal...I would have a house full)

Note: Metallic Teal is foil. Die cut the Poinsettia from the Ornament die.

Reverse Confetti:  All Framed Up die
PoppyStamps:  Sylvan Sprig die
Memory Box:  Fanciful Poinsettia Ornament di, Stitched Ovals die
Imagine Crafts:  VersaFine Onyx Black ink, Clear embossing powder
Tonic Studios:  Glossy White Crystal Drops
Teal Foil/ Laminator
