Hello...

It is new release day at Simon Says Stamp.
It's all about New Beginnings!

Woo to the Hoo!!!

Heidi was kind enough to send me a little preview, so I made a couple of cards to share.

Flowers were colored with Zig Brush Pens. Distress inks around the card front.
Frame was made with Silhouette Cameo.

Some pretty sheer ribbon and those wonderful Kindness Mix sequins!

Card front is watercolor paper and Zig Brush Pens. Frame is a die cut.

Cute flowers from stash and Lime Burlap String for the "leaves".

Flower center are Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Lucky

Hello...

Well aren't you Lucky to have arrived here today for the start of another great challenge over at the Words 2 Craft By blog.

Click on over for a look at the fabulous cards provided by the Inspiration Team.

My card is really simple to make...especially if you have a Silhouette Cameo.

Letters were die cut 3 times so I could layer them for dimension.

Stamping at the bottom of each letter and a bit of coloring.

Finished the card by mounting on a green card base.

I hope you will join us this month over at Words 2 Craft By.

😀😁😃😄😉😊

Swirl Flower

Hello, hello....

I had a chance to look at the challenge over at Ellen Hutson and when I saw the inspiration photo, I knew I had to play along.

Just look at all that lovely Aqua !!!!!

Using a watercolor panel as my base, I then die cut/embossed the Stitching Lines.
Did a little smooshing with the panel and Peacock Feathers distress ink.
Bold Blooms was inked, fussy cut and Crystal Drops were added to the swirls.

Grosgrain Ribbons were die cut from Aqua cardstock, stamped and heat embossed.

Palm Prints with Words 2 Craft By

Hello my friends...

It is the second Wednesday of the month and that means a new challenge over at

Each month is a new theme, and I chose to just go with the colors.

A little bit of stamping down the left side of the card using Papertrey Ink Palm Prints and Memento markers. I also stamped and fussy cut the large leaf and popped it up with foam adhesive.
Delicata Golden Glitz was used for the veins of the Caladium and the palm frond.

A bit of inking at the top of the card and a stamped sentiment.

Come on over to check out what the rest of the design team has for you:

Love Card in 10 Minutes

Hi........

With Valentines Day just around the corner, I hope you have grabbed this adorable stamp by
The Project Bin.

Adorable fat heart with dies to match it and the XOXO stamp.
And the oh so cute sentiments that of course go perfectly in the heart.

To make a pretty simple 10 minute card just follow along:

Red and Black cardstocks, a bit of Red twine and some Glossy White Crystal Drops.

Layer Black cardstock onto Red and wrap twine.
Use foam adhesive to adhere to Black card base.

Stamp sentiment with Black ink onto Red cardstock, then die cut heart and adhere to card front with foam adhesive.
Three small dots of Glossy White and let dry.

Trio of Hearts with The Project Bin

Hey....

It just can't get any quicker than this one.
Need to make a card fast?
Copy this layout and you have a 10 minute card!!!

Using the new In Your Heart stamp and die from The Project Bin:
How sweet are these sentiments?????

Die cut heart from 3 shades of pink.
Put them through an embossing folder for texture and arrange them around your stamped sentiment.

It needed something so I added a bit of a die cut sprig laying on my work table. :)

Card front was finished with Crystal Drops.

Provo Craft:  Paisley embossing folder
Imagine Crafts:  VersaFine Onyx Black ink
Tonic Studios:  Crystal Drops in Red Berry, Glossy White & Rhubarb Crumble
