Here is the inspiration photo/color combo:
I spy with my little eye..Navy, Blue, Kraft, beach
So I mostly went with the color combo. I did think the stenciling looked a bit like water splashes. :)

Penny I love your card! I love love love the "rope" embellishment behind your sentiment banner and the sweet little hope ribbon!!! I'm doing a beach theme in my office and this would be a perfect addition to my room. ;) I need to figure out a way to translate it into wall art. :)
