Happy Birthday

Hello....

Playing today at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge.
We have to use something other than cardstock for our project.

Here I used wrinkled tissue paper scraps glued to cardstock. Not caring for the brightness of the tissue, I added some gesso around the panel. This gives the card some really wonderful texture with no added weight.

The butterfly was an experiment I saw at Roni Johnson's website.
Take glossy cardstock, put a thin coat of hand sanitizer across it and drop in a couple of alcohol ink colors.
I LOVE the results!!!!
